In a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) session we offer a safe space for you to explore the physical, emotional, mental, and perhaps spiritual, aspect of yourself. With the help of bolsters and blankets, the therapist supports and moves you through various yoga postures to encourage you to allow breath and movement to release the physical and emotional holdings. The unique aspect of a PRYT session is the open ended and non-directed dialogue that we utilize to explore the feelings of our family, relationship, work and play aspects of our life.
